Cisco Systems Internetworking Solutions

Experience with internetworking hardware and software exceeds eight years. Hardware entailed the Cisco uBR10012 Universal Broadband Router, Cisco RF Switch, Cisco Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) and more. Software documentation emphasized Cisco IOS 12.2SC and similar software versions. NOTE: Documents passed ISO 9000 compliance auditing under my leadership of the technical writer team for Cisco CMTS.

ShelfPoint™ Proximity Detection — Software and Hardware Documentation

These writing samples describe an innovative proximity detection system for retail stores. This solution mounts high-resolution LCD or LED displays to the front of shelves. Those displays advertise products and pricing information. The system visuals responds to consumer behavior with animated visual images. I was the first and only technical writer for the startup company, and sustained a tenure of nearly two years before the company shut down business. Several additional documents are availabl

Ingram Micro — eCommerce Help Centers

In 2019 and 2020, Ingram Micro launched a comprehensive redesign of their eCommerce websites for the USA, Canada, and at least a dozen additional countries. I designed, authored and published the Help Centers for the USA and Canada websites. In Canada, the Help Center had to be published in both English and French to be in compliance with governmental regulations.
